Return Policy

Due to everchanging inventory, Purple Pearl Smocks does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue to ppscustomerhelp@gmail.com. A customer service representative will review all emails during business hours only in the order received. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

 

If a replacement item is available,the item will be reissued in leu of a refund or store credit along with a prepaid return shipping label. Failure to return the defective or incorrect item to Purple Pearl Smocks within 5 business days of receipt of new item will result in removal from our ordering system.

 

If a replacement item is not available,a partial/full refund or store credit will be issued at the discretion of Purple Pearl Smocks. A prepaid return shipping label will be delivered to the email on file. Failure to return the defective or incorrect item within 5 business days of receipt of return shipping label will result in forfeit of refund or store credit.  

A defective or incorrect item must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a partial/full refund or store credit:

  • Any defective or incorrect item(s) must be reported via email to ppscustomerhelp@gmail.com within 5 days of initial receipt.
  • Items considered defective should show obvious manufacturer errors, flaws, or stains. (All smocked, and hand embroidered items are done by hand and will have slight variation)
  • Items measuring according to size charts posted are not considering defective.
  • Any defective or incorrect item(s) reported outside of the return window are subject to refusal.
  • Any defective or incorrect item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with sewn tags intact and in original packaging.

 

Items returned with obvious wear, wash, damage, or odors are subject to refusal. Any existing store credits will be forfeited. If a replacement item has already been dispatched, the return of any defective or incorrect items received not as described will result in immediate removal from our ordering system. 

 

ALL sale items are FINAL and ineligible for return or refund. Gifts card cannot be returned or refunded. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

 

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. All returns will be processed within 3 business days of notification. Store credits will be issued only after receipt of the damaged or incorrect item. Purple Pearl Smocks releases all liability of any packages once in possession of the mail carrier. Tracking is provided. We encourage checking with your local post office prior to contacting us regarding a potential missing package.

 

Should a package be returned to sender due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply. Purple Pearl Smocks is not responsible for intercepting any packages once a shipping label has been created. It is customer responsibility to ensure the mailing address is correct prior to ordering.
